QUALIFICATIONS

2. Required Competencies

2.1. Job-related Competencies

Bachelor’s degree from Social Sciences, preferably in Human Resources
Minimum two years experience in HR
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Excellent command of MS Office applications

2.2. Personal Competencies

Residence in Ankara
No military obligation for male candidates
No travel restriction
Sensitive and responsible towards protecting the confidentiality of personal data
Disciplined, able to work in line with organizational culture and values

JOB DESCRIPTION

3. Job Purpose

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for conducting all HR activities, mainly recruitment, training, performance development and career planning.

4. Main Responsibilities

Analyse training needs, facilitate designated training for all employees, ensure employees are taught company practices, values, and expectations, evaluate training effectiveness, and revise courses and materials as needed.
Provide primary support for recruiting and hiring efforts such as pre-screening, interviews, assessments, ad placement, and other related needs.
Take an active role in performance evaluation
Initiate and take an active role in HR projects
Organize HR related activities
Support HR team in personnel affairs
